Do You Hear The People Sing?

Snap, I haven't posted here forever. Oh well, that's just life getting in the way.

The musical wrapped up last Saturday. Les Misérables is pretty solid. I was doing sound with Jamison, we were at the Gas Station Theatre every night from Monday to Saturday from 5:30 to 10:30, rehearsing and performing. That should take care of those Service hours. Now I've just got to work on the Action and Creative, which shouldn't be too difficult since Reach for the Top counts as Creative.

Speaking of which, we won our first tournament on Monday against Shaftesbury, Kelvin, and Churchill. We lost to Shaftesbury in a tie-breaker and beat the other two teams. Dibs on Shaftesbury. It is decided that we can never lose to Churchill. Ever. Out of the four teams there was a three-way tie for first, so it was decided by points, of which we had 950 and Shaftesbury had 940. The next tournament isn't until February, at Silver. Then St. Paul's will be in, and they won our pool last year. But Shaftesbury beat them, and Kelvin beat Shaftesbury, and we beat Kelvin, so that match should be fairly even. We've got an awesome team, considering this is all our first year. On Monday, I think we had the team where the correct answers were the most evenly spread out. Joel, Jamison, Dave, and I were all over it. 1337.

I e-mailed Richard Gillis almost 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't heard back.
